Workshop Registration Details

This full-day session focuses on leveraging students' full linguistic repertoire to support learning standards while developing language and literacy skills. We will introduce the Content, Language, and Literacy Integration Framework to help emergent bilinguals access content and develop academic language. The day includes modeling how to create content and language objectives by unpacking standards, supporting academic language at multiple levels, integrating sheltered instruction, and emphasizing oracy development. This hands-on, interactive session will combine these supports to enhance effective teaching and learning.
