This will enable them to make informed decisions about their future career pathways. Specifically, teachers will gain an understanding of the importance of providing CTE students with guidance on career exploration, academic planning, and postsecondary preparation. Additionally, they will learn how to create a supportive learning environment that encourages CTE students to explore their interests and develop the skills needed for success in their chosen field. Finally, teachers will be equipped with strategies for engaging CTE students in meaningful conversations about their future goals and aspirations. Come learn and have fun."
