The focus of this session is on phonological awareness and how it plays a role in learning to read. Participants will gain knowledge about the developmental course for phonological awareness and the difference between phonological awareness, phonemic awareness, and phonics. The session will offer strategies and hands-on activities that can be implemented in the classroom.
