Director Reports--Brief status of subgroups and intervention plans. Discuss 3 ways that you will assist the campuses. III. Pre-registration/Increasing membership---impact on campus budgets. IV. Budget status update by campus/dept. V. Math/Science/Technology/Reading/Social Studies Expos--Connecting what is done in class with real life scenarios. Done at individual campuses. VI. Teacher of the Year Selection: How and when? VII. AR team competitions (Done at Individual campuses/Possible district competition)--final (live streamed) in the district. VIII. Marquee Fundraising Status IX. Needs/Concerns
