Aspiring Assistant Principal

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

The Aspiring Assistant Principals Academy provides selected teachers with professional learning opportunities aligned to the Los Fresnos CISD Profile of an Assistant Principal. This academy is designed to develop participants’ foundational leadership skills, including instructional coaching, communication, and
school operations management. Throughout the academy, aspiring assistant principals participate in structured learning sessions and practical experiences, such as shadowing fellows in the Aspiring Principal Fellowship. These shadowing experiences allow participants to observe leadership in action and gain
insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of campus administration.
