Thrive New Mentor Academy- Part III

THRIVE New Mentor Academy – Part III will equip mentors with practical tools to support mentees in building strong classroom systems by practicing reflective conversations, prioritizing systems, and engaging in scenario-based coaching. In addition, mentors will explore the elements of school culture and learn to connect mentees with campus-based resources and collaborative opportunities that promote independence and long-term success.
