Early Career Teacher Induction Academy- Day Three

Day 3 of the Early Career Teacher Academy focuses on supporting new educators in developing essential skills for professional growth and classroom success. Participants will learn strategies for managing stress, explore effective collaboration with mentors, and deepen their understanding of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). The session includes an introduction to how the brain learns, which helps teachers design meaningful learning experiences. It concludes with an exploration of various instructional strategies using lead4ward’s Instructional Playlist to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
