Emergent Bilingual Strategies in the Classroom

Teachers will have the opportunity to engage in strategies that promote deeper social studies understanding using the Visual non-Glossary approach. This session will focus on practical techniques to support content comprehension and academic language development for emergent bilingual students. They will also observe a coaching and modeling lesson with students, demonstrating how to implement the Visual Non-Glossary.
