This session supports secondary teacher leaders in strengthening instructional practice aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). Participants will build the knowledge and skills necessary to lead effective collaborative teams, navigate conflict, and address resistance in ways that keep instructional improvement and student learning at the center. On Day 2, teacher leaders will deepen their coaching conversation skills to support high-quality instruction, promote reflective practice, and drive continuous improvement that positively impacts student outcomes.
