Administrators will develop the knowledge and skills needed to design and implement a high-quality mentorship program. They will explore how to establish a clear program vision, create schedules that provide appropriate release time for mentorship activities, and effectively recruit, select, and assign mentoring educators. Participants will also examine strategies for sustaining and scaling the program to ensure its long-term success and impact.
