New Teacher Induction Academy- Day 3

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Day 3 centers on reflection, resilience, and instructional growth. Participants will engage in a mid-year reflection, explore educator mindsets and strategies for managing stress, and deepen their understanding of positive student behavior supports by examining common problems of practice and the reasons behind student misbehavior. The day concludes with an introduction to effective teaching and learning practices that promote student engagement and achievement.
