Unlocking the Power of Successful PLCs

In this session, participants will explore the key characteristics of highly effective Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and learn how to identify and avoid common pitfalls that can hinder success. They will analyze examples of both effective and ineffective PLC practices through videos and discussions, gaining a deeper understanding of what makes a PLC truly successful. Participants will collaborate with peers to apply best practices for creating student-centered, results-driven PLCs and will leave with actionable next steps to strengthen their own PLCs on their campuses.
