Bluebonnet Learning / Great Minds - Elementary Administrators

In Lead: Develop Structures to Support Implementation, leaders consider the contextual needs of their school or district to develop structures that support successful implementation of Bluebonnet Learning K-5 Math. They explore supportive structures that use (1) observation to support teachers in refining their teaching practices when using HQIM, (2) PLCs to support teachers in developing their math content and pedagogical knowledge, and (3) the system of assessment in Bluebonnet Learning K-5 Math to support teachers in using evidence to inform instructional decisions and respond to the needs of all learners. By focusing on observation, PLCs, and assessment, leaders gain actionable strategies and tools needed to foster high-quality math instruction.
