Collaborative Book List Development for SB 13 Compliance

In this collaborative session, librarians will work together to develop comprehensive book lists for potential procurement in accordance with Texas Senate Bill 13 (SB 13). Participants will review current and proposed titles, align selections with district and state guidelines, and ensure transparency and compliance through proper documentation and posting procedures. This working session will provide time for discussion, collaboration, and review of best practices to maintain a balanced, inclusive, and policy-compliant library collection.
