Supporting Students Together: Homebound, PEP, and Section 504 Services for 2026–2027

This professional development session will provide teachers serving students through Special Education Homebound, the Pregnancy Education Program (PEP), and Section 504 Homebound Services with an overview of district procedures, instructional expectations, documentation requirements, and communication protocols for the 2026–2027 school year. Participants will review their responsibilities for implementing each student’s individualized educational plan, providing instruction according to the student’s approved schedule of services, maintaining accurate service records, monitoring academic progress, and communicating with families, campus personnel, and the appropriate district department.
