Self-Care & Well-Being in Stressful Times Presented by David Katz III

Understanding and practicing the principles emerging from advances in the behavioral sciences on how to ameliorate the negative impact of stress, unpredictable change, and extreme busyness is essential for those of us in the emotionally demanding and draining roles of teacher, coach, and mentor. In order to be able to encourage positive professional excellence and personal well-being. This refocusing on our self-care will help lift us toward our highest good while we best serve our students.
