Stress Less with Mindfulness (SLWM)

Presenter: Andrea A. Valdez - Mindfulness can be defined as paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally. Research has shown that mindfulness-based stress reduction courses are effective in reducing symptoms such as worry, depression, and physical tension, and can be helpful in managing cardiac disease and diabetes. Join this session to learn more about mindfulness resources and how you can reduce stress in your life.
