The Distinguished Leadership Academy (DLA) is a competitive year-long program open to faculty and staff who have successfully completed the Ambassador's Cross-Training Academy. In DLA participants will have an opportunity to learn about leadership topics and work in a team to identify and develop an initiative to support the College's mission. In this online workshop, participants will learn about requirements for DLA, get familiar with the application process and deadlines and have an opportunity to ask questions.
