Opening the Dialogue: Co-Creating Meaningful Early Alert Communication through Faculty Experience and Innovation

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

An interactive and collaborative approach to understanding and improving communication around student early alert systems. Facilitated by the Starfish Administrator, this initiative invites faculty to engage in open conversations, practical activities, and reflective exercises designed to uncover how early alert messages are received, interpreted, and acted upon. Through the exercises, scenario-based discussions, and co-created strategies, faculty members explore ways to enhance the clarity, tone, and impact of early alert messaging. The goal is to foster shared understanding, improve responsiveness, and ultimately support student success through more effective communication practices.
