This interactive session will explore the Student Early Alert System (EAS), focusing on communications tools that connect faculty, students, and support staff to promote student success and gain insight into how the EAS helps students access resources and stay on track.  The session includes discussion on messaging strategies, survey timelines, and available support services.  With AI-enhanced features, training opportunities, and institutional data showcasing Starfish's impact, participants will hear firsthand how the platform strengthens engagement, improves retention, and fosters a culture of care across the institution.
