Keeping Online Students on Track: Digital Learning Student Support

This session introduces the range of student support services available through Digital Learning to help faculty strengthen online retention. We’ll walk through our Online Orientation, show how faculty can refer at-risk students directly to our Student Success Specialists, and highlight how to request Blackboard overview sessions for dual credit and high school events. Participants will leave with practical ways to connect students to the right resources, streamline early intervention, and ensure their online learners stay confident and on track throughout the term.
