his interactive and experiential session is designed to provide participants with evidence-
informed tools and strategies that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The workshop will
emphasize the importance of self-awareness and intentional self-care in reducing workplace stress, preventing
burnout and compassion fatigue. The workshop also includes an Introduction to Laughter Yoga, a therapeutic
and engaging practice shown to reduce stress, increase connection, and improve overall mood and resilience.
