BOOK STUDY: MIND OVER MOOD, DRS. PADESKY/GREENBERGER

6 virtual sessions: participants will unpack "Mind Over Mood: Change How You Feel By Changing the Way You Think." MoM is a workbook designed to help us use the best of cognitive-behavioral science to improve depression, anxiety, anger, guilt, shame, and general wellbeing. Classroom and school mental health are essential, but we often forget that these must include a healthy staff; you may even learn some student techniques! MoM has something for everyone; join us!
