Grain in CACFP

I have a feeling we’re not in program year 2021 anymore…join us as we go over new requirements for crediting grains using ounce equivalents in program year 2022! Your troubles will melt like lemon drops as we show you how easy it is to identify grain-based desserts when using Exhibit A, and it will feel as if a whole house has been lifted off your shoulders when we provide you with the skills and knowledge to determine whether an item is whole grain. There’s no place like CACFP LIVE and we promise to deliver a totally wicked session packed with information, updates, and activities- oh my! That’s how we laugh the day away in the merry old land of oz equivalents!
