The course covers critical principals including: personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, receiving and storage, food safety management systems, training hourly employees, and more. To receive the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, participant must attend the entire class and pass the test. Test will be administered the next day, June 2, 2022.
