CARNEGIE LEARNING - TEXAS MATH SOLUTION

For Texas, Carnegie Learning is an innovative education technology and curriculum solutions provider for the 6-12 math classroom. In this workshop, participants will begin looking at the scope and sequence of this product, from Modules to Topics to Lessons. Teachers will explore several lessons from 6th grade through Algebra 2. Lessons will use the Engage, Develop and Demonstrate structure. Pacing will be discussed in the Teacher’s Implementation Guides. Participants will look at the MATHia software which is a guide for students as they learn and practice key mathematical concepts and skills. This online software features a real-time dashboard and assessments, design to give teachers an insight to where the students are and where they are headed.
