Through the Lens of CTE: Dealing Positively with Parents, Colleagues and Administrators

A series of four zoom sessions presented by Marie Riley. This session is geared to develop the knowledge and skills of teachers in Domain 4: Professionalism of Charlotte Danielson's Framework and PDAS Domain V: Professional Communication. The goal of this session is to pursue a partnership with parents, colleagues and administrators for the benefit of the students. Throughout this training, participants will develop a proactive, positive and respectful system of communicating with all of the stakeholders involved in the development of each of your students. The scientific-based research used in this session is from Robert Marzano’s Dimensions of Learning; Preparing Children for Success in School and in Life by Marcia L. Tate; Parenting and Teaching with Love and Logic by Jim Fay; as well as The Parents’ Public School Handbook: How to Make the Most of Your Child’s Education by Dr. Kenneth Shore.
