Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Are you an instructional aide seeking to deepen your understanding of evidence-based practices in reading, behavior, and effective teamwork? During the morning, we will delve into the Science of Teaching Reading to equip you with practical strategies and insights to support students in their literacy journey, including phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. In the afternoon, you will learn de-escalation strategies that you can take back to the classroom with you and use daily, as well as information on how to build and strengthen relationships to create a positive working environment.
