Social Security: Your Money, Turning 18, and Social Security Benefits

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

This series is intended to provide families, educators, and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors with information, resources, and useful tools to assist students in becoming self-sufficient and productive in their communities. Imagine Enterprises will interpret complex policy, rules, and procedures of Social Security to assist with navigating pathways to employment. In this session, we will discuss how turning 18 is an important age when receiving or applying for Social Security benefits. Participants will gain information on what to do if currently not on benefits, if benefits have been denied, and what to do if currently receiving benefits.
