Level Up Leadership (Online)

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

This session is geared towards administrators, more specifically principals and assistant principals. We will be covering the nuts and bolts of the "must-dos" and will cover some of the "may do" tasks for this point in the school year. It is extremely difficult to wrap up one school year while simultaneously trying to prepare for the next school year, and we are here to help! We will cover topics including, but not limited to, using backwards planning to determine back-to-school professional development, how to differentiate professional development for all staff/teachers, T-TESS and T-PESS overview, and other special program reminders. Traci Terrill, Region 15 CTE Specialist will facilitate CTE conversations focused on two design frameworks: Labor Market Information and Partnerships/Advisory Committees. Does labor market data really matter? Yes it does! How to make the most of your Workforce Development (and who are they)? Also, it is time to put that long term goal of developing an advisory board into action for the next school year. We will discuss how to make the first move to placing that event on the calendar and who to invite.
