Description: This workshop will equip administrators and instructional coaches with the tools and strategies to plan the successful implementation of HQIM in their reading and math programs.

o What makes instructional materials "high quality"?
o The role of HQIM in improving literacy and math outcomes.
• Needs Assessment:
o Analyzing current instructional practices and materials.
o Identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
• Implementation Planning:
o Setting clear goals and objectives.
o Creating a timeline for roll-out.
o Resource allocation and budgeting.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
o Communicating the importance of HQIM to teachers, parents, and the community.
