TTESS and TIA go hand and hand and having a strong understanding of the TTESS Rubric is critical to your teacher's success. Join us for a half day workshop, which will cover the TTESS Rubric in depth, specifically Domain 2, which is ALL about instruction - how your teachers execute the lesson and Domain 3 - classroom culture and routines. We will "unpack" the rubric, dive in to the meaning behind the descriptors and how you, as the administrator, can help your teachers apply what the rubric is asking. Giving feedback is critical, which will bring depth to lessons and the execution of the lesson. Lastly, understanding that the feedback from walk throughs is critical to teacher success - giving feedback, then follow through to ensure implementation and execution is happening. It is a win/win for all involved!
