ROCKING DATA-DRIVEN INSTRUCTION: DIFFERENTIATING FOR STUDENT GROWTH TO MAXIMIZE TEACHER INCENTIVE ALLOTMENT SUCCESS

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

In this session, K-12 educators will explore the powerful intersection of data-driven instruction, T-TESS (Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System), and differentiation strategies designed to meet the needs of emergent bilinguals (EBs) and gifted and talented (GT) students. Through hands-on activities, reflective discussions, and best practices, educators will gain actionable insights into how to utilize student data effectively, align instruction with T-TESS standards, and adapt lessons to ensure equitable learning opportunities for all students. Additionally, participants will learn how to leverage these strategies to illustrate mastery of their performance-based goals for the Teacher Incentive Allotment program.
