5TH GRADE SCIENCE STAAR REVIEW

The Elementary School Science STAAR Review for Grade 5 is designed to equip teachers with engaging, hands-on activities and best practices that can be immediately implemented in the classroom. This session will focus on historically low-performing yet high-impact TEKS across all four reporting categories.
Participants will:
? Develop a 10-day review plan tailored to campus data and student needs.
? Engage in activities from a student’s perspective to identify potential misconceptions.
? Explore strategies for bridging hands-on learning with standardized assessment success.
