West TX LSSP and LPC Cohort Fall 2025 Session - Sergeant Justin Baker, Texas DPS Trooper
Predators’ Paradise — Internet Safety for School-Aged Students
Sergeant Baker will also share current regional information and awareness on drug trends and crimes against children. This session is designed to educate and inform service providers to recognize and respond appropriately to the risk factors children and adolescents encounter in their daily lives.
Trust-Based Relational Intervention
Chelsea Jones, LPC, Associate Sex Offender Treatment Provider (ASOTP), Certified Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner
With over 13 years of experience in social services, Chelsea brings a trauma-informed approach rooted in neuroscience, attachment theory, and resilience. She has worked extensively with children, families, and individuals impacted by complex trauma, system involvement, and marginalization.
Her work emphasizes the belief that healing happens in the context of safe, connected relationships, and she equips caregivers, professionals, and communities with practical tools to build trust, promote regulation, and restore hope.
