Analyzing Existing Systems and Building a Framework for TIA

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

This full-day session is designed to guide districts through the foundational elements of their TIA local designation system. Participants will analyze their current district & campus systems and begin building a framework that aligns with TIA requirements and timelines.

Key objectives include:

Deepening understanding of student growth measures and eligible teacher categories
Examining the district’s existing teacher observation system for alignment with TIA
Exploring effective methods for collecting and organizing data
Identifying opportunities for meaningful stakeholder engagement and input

In the afternoon, districts are encouraged to invite their webmaster or website coordinator to join. During this portion, participants will preview a sample TIA Google Site and TIA Handbook that can serve as a model for developing district-specific resources and communication tools.

This session is ideal for TIA Leads, and campus/districts administrators.
