Honoring Our Roots: A Legacy of Dyslexia Instruction

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Join us for a special event recognizing the 40th Anniversary of the James Phillips Williams Memorial Foundation and JPW Learning Center, celebrating the roots of dyslexia instruction in our community and across Texas. We are honored to welcome Karen Avrit, author of Take Flight and former director of dyslexia education in the Luke Waites Center for Dyslexia & Learning Disorders, as she shares her decades of experience in dyslexia instruction and its lasting impact on students and families throughout Region 15 and beyond.

This meaningful session will be held at Bentwood Country Club, with lunch provided. While this event is free to attend, registration is required. Please make note of the designated start time. ALTA hours are pending approval.

Don’t miss this opportunity to reflect, learn, and connect with others committed to the advancement of dyslexia education.
