Button Up for Success: Starting Student-Run Businesses

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Looking for a fresh, creative way to bring real-world job skills into your classroom? Join us for this hands-on workshop where special education teachers will learn how to start and run a spirit button business with their students. Participants will explore everything from setting up the button-making process, organizing student roles, and managing orders to teaching responsibility, teamwork, and money skills along the way. You’ll walk away with practical tools, templates, and step-by-step guidance to launch this business in your own classroom. Best of all, it’s fun, affordable, and adaptable for both elementary and secondary students—while giving students the chance to shine, build confidence, and showcase their creativity.
