CTE & THLA LONE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE: TRAIN THE TRAINER & PREPARING FOR 2026-27

This workshop put on by a representative from the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association will prepare educators to deliver the THLA Lone Star Customer Service Training, a five-part program designed to elevate the guest experience through professionalism, cultural awareness, and authentic Texas hospitality. Participants will explore the five training sessions—Be Memorable, Communication Excellence, Serving With Awareness and Respect, Mastering Southern Hospitality, and Turning Setbacks Into Success—and receive practical strategies and resources to confidently implement the training in their classrooms. Participants will also receive key updates and guidance to support planning and implementation for the 2026–27 school year.
