TEACHING TO A STUDENT-CENTERED CLASSROOM, PART 2

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Now that you’ve built a strong instructional foundation, it’s time to bring it to life. This workshop shifts focus to the classroom, how we teach, how students engage, and how we make differentiation a reality rather than an intention. In this interactive session, teachers will focus on what a truly student-centered classroom looks and feels like in action. Using strategies like station rotation, inquiry-driven instruction, and thinking routines, participants will explore how to facilitate learning that keeps students engaged and thinking deeply. We’ll also dive into practical AI tools that can streamline planning, differentiate instruction, and save valuable time. Leave with ready-to-use strategies and resources for building a student-centered science classroom that meets every learner where they are.
Part 1 Lesson Planning for a Student-Centered Classroom is a prerequisite for this session.
