THE FACILITATION LAB: MASTERING THE BLUEBONNET MATH MINDSET, BROWNWOOD LOCATION

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Take your instructional practice to the next level by mastering the "critical takeaways" that drive student mastery. In this final installment of our Bluebonnet series, K–5 educators will learn how to identify the essential learning goals of a lesson and track them through every instructional component. You will leave with a clear system for Checking for Understanding (CFU) at those key moments to ensure no student is left behind.
The core of our day will be spent sharpening your questioning techniques. We will move beyond "leading" questions to master the balance between probing and guiding questions. You’ll practice the art of supporting Productive Struggle, learning exactly when to step in and when to step back so that students do the heavy lifting of mathematical thinking. Whether you are joining us for the first time or completing the full series, this session will give you the tools to facilitate a high-level, student-led math classroom.
