Navigating the Future: A Leadership Guide to AI Policy & Integration within the School

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

This will workshop empower school administrators and district leaders to move from a reactive to a proactive stance regarding artificial intelligence (AI). Participants will explore how AI can streamline school operations—from automating administrative tasks and personalizing parent communications to supporting teacher lesson planning—allowing more time for building campus connections. Moving beyond tool demonstrations, the session provides a hands-on roadmap for crafting responsible, district-wide AI policies that address critical concerns such as data privacy (FERPA/COPPA compliance), grading policies and academic integrity. Leaders will leave with a draft policy framework designed to foster a culture of transparent, human-centered AI use that prepares students for a tech-driven future.
