Refresher Training on the 7-Step Challenging, Interactive & Authentic (CIA) Lesson Cycle

Conduct a 2-Hour “On-site” (make-n-take) training for PK-5th Grade DLE Teachers and Staff on planning and creating lessons
using the 7-Step CIA lesson cycle designed to engage learners in content-talk, higher order thinking, research and problem-solving
through use of bilingual pairs at all grade levels. Content lessons following lesson cycle will be created and shared by all
participants.
