Paul Bambrick-Santoyo is the Chief of Schools for high schools K-12 content development at Uncommon Schools. He has trained school leaders worldwide in instructional leadership in his work as confounder of the Relay National Principals Academy Fellowship and founder of the Leverage Leadership Institute. Mr. Bambrick-Santoyo will train our districts instructional leaders on the four keys to effective feedback, including face-to-face feedback that practices specific actions and steps for improvement, and creating systems to ensure feedback translate to practice.
