The purpose of the FERPA Online Course is to examine the Federal Educational Rights and Private Act, also known as the Buckley Amendment. You will learn about restrictions on sharing student information, as well as the rights of parents when examining student records and instructional materials. Upon successfully completing the course, participants will earn 1 CPE Hour Credit.

Esta capacitación examina la Ley Federal de Privacidad y Derechos Educativos (FERPA), también conocida como la Enmienda Buckley. Los maestros aprenden sobre las restricciones para compartir información de los estudiantes, así como los derechos de los padres al examinar los expedientes de los estudiantes y los materiales de instrucción.
