Vertical planning will take place across grades so teachers can benefit from the expertise of teachers teaching a grade level above or below. Teachers will collaborate together to ensure that the standards are appropriate and aligned across the grade level. This will positively impact each teacher's professional practices and ultimately increase students performance.
