MB Lamar - Instructional Planning (R.O.A.R.)

Teachers will work together to plan for upcoming instruction, indentifying areas where students may need further support and enhancing curriculum delivery to ensure mastery of required content. Teachers will also conduct a comprehensive student needs assessment, using data and insights to better understand individual learning gaps and strengths, and to tailor instruction accordingly. This session will provide a valuable opportunity to for collaboration, reflection, and strategic planning to support student achievement and growth
