This end-of-year staff development session will provide staff an opportunity to reflect on the school year's successes, challenges, and growth. Together, we will revisit the foals established at the beginning of the year, analyze progress using available data, and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional strategies and campus initiatives. Staff will engage in collaborative discussion to identify key takeaways and begin strategic planning for the upcoming school year. This reflective process will help guide goal-setting, strengthen instructional practices, and support continuous improvement across the campus.
