The staff development is designed to strengthen teacher quality and set the stage for improved student achievement from the very first day of school. This training provides educators with practical strategies to enhance instructional practices, foster student engagement, and build positive classroom environments. In addition, the session will review essential campus procedures, data, the staff handbook, and safety protocols to ensure a well-organized and secure learning environment for all. Through collaborative discussions and hands-on activities, teachers will gain the tools and confidence needed to start the year with clarity, consistency, and a shared commitment to excellence.
