Heights - Cultivating a Compassionate and Trauma-Informed School Culture

Teachers and staff will learn how showing empathy impacts students success. Teachers and staff will learn how to provide a supportive classroom environment through strategies and practical ideas such as Trauma informed Care strategies and other proven ideas such in order to de-escalate problematic situation with challenging students and to decrease disruptive, difficult, and non-compliant behaviors.
